Warranty Information
This warranty is being provided to you as the purchaser (“you”) by the Owen Mumford entity whose details appear on your device’s packaging (“we” or “us”). This warranty cannot be transferred to another person. It comes in addition to your consumer or purchaser rights under the laws of your country and does not affect those rights.
The warranty lasts for twelve months starting from the purchase date (the “warranty period”).
If the device turns out to be materially defective or becomes defective within the warranty period, please let us know, giving us the details of the defect, and we will send you a replacement device. According to your country’s laws, once we have provided you with a replacement, we will not have any further liability to you. When you reach out to us, we may request the batch number or another form of identification for the device so we can investigate the issue. We might also need you to return the defective device to us before sending a replacement.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- normal wear and tear; handling, storage, or use other than as instructed by us; or improper handling, storage, or use of the device; or
damage or breakage from accidents or causes beyond our control.
