Test methods and metrology

Driving precision innovation for top performance.

Our test and metrology team leads the development of advanced measurement systems that enable smarter, faster manufacturing. By using the latest statistical techniques and real-time process controls, they make sure every part achieves the highest standards — before reaching the customer.

Their proactive strategy fuels ongoing progress, allowing for greater product reliability, faster validation, and improved manufacturing efficiency across the board.

Manufacturing Equipment Group

Manufacturing Equipment Group (MEG)

Connecting innovation from design to production.

Our MEG team brings R&D and manufacturing together by designing equipment that streamlines and strengthens the assembly process. They engage early in product development so that all components are ready for production.

From benchtop tools to fully automated systems with integrated quality checks, MEG defines and verifies the equipment needed for reliable, scalable device manufacturing — working closely with suppliers to make sure everything performs as required at launch.

Assembly process

Once equipment is installed, MEG validates both the process and the machinery — making sure everything operates smoothly from receiving materials to final shipment, including in-process and batch testing.

They work across departments to set up seamless production flows and support the effortless transition to full-scale manufacturing, paving the way for a confident and efficient product launch.
