Empower your pelvic health

Empelvic is an innovative health and wellness brand focused on supporting pelvic health for people worldwide. Empelvic aims to make pelvic floor training simple, accessible, and sustainable — strengthening the connection between mind and body. The non-invasive pelvic floor cushion, available in versions for both men and women, applies targeted pressure to help you sense the movement, relaxation, and activation of your pelvic floor muscles. As you grow this connection and awareness, you can better work with these muscles: learning to relax or gently strengthen them.

“Since using Empelvic, I’ve noticed I have less leakage, especially while running. I haven’t changed anything else that could explain that.”

Why do women experience vaginal discomfort?

Vaginismus describes involuntary cramping, tightening, or contracting of the pelvic floor muscles around the vagina1. This tightening is an automatic physical response, usually occurring as a reaction to stress caused by partial or full penetration. Many women are able to overcome penetration difficulties with vaginal dilators and therapy.
