Unistik TinyTouch
Minimizes discomfort for babies1 during heelstick capillary blood sampling
Neonatal capillary sampling
Neonatal capillary sampling comes with its own set of challenges. Top priorities include getting enough blood with a single incision, keeping everything completely sterile, and minimizing discomfort for the baby.
Unistik TinyTouch is a heel incision device made to address these challenges. A clearly marked alignment guide helps you position the lancet accurately, so every procedure is quick, efficient, and delivers great results. The easy-to-grip, quick-release sterile cap helps keep the blade sterile and cuts down on the steps needed for use. With manual activation, you can deploy the device confidently and get the right sample on the first try.
Providing confidence when it matters most
Our Unistik TinyTouch heel stick lancet is designed to only reach shallow blood vessels, staying clear of the deeper dermal pain fibers. Its blade moves (rather than punctures), with penetration depths of 0.85mm for preterm and 1mm for full-term babies. That means less pain for the baby¹, less stress for the family, and greater confidence for you.
Benefits
- Alignment guide for accurate lancet positioning.
- Manual activation button for simple use.
- Sterile blade is locked in a sterile cover to keep the device completely sterile until the tab is removed.
