By utilising a user-centric design that provides protection once the needle is removed from the vein, Unistik® ShieldLock allows HCPs to draw large volumes of blood with ease.

• Thumb-activated safety shield: Safety mechanism activated once the needle is removed from the vein to help prevent needlestick injuries. Allows for large volumes of blood collection with ease and minimal discomfort; an audible click signals the safety guard is activated and the needle is completely retracted and locked.
• Wings: Flexible, textured wings to ensure a secure grip throughout the procedure.
• DEHP free tubing: Preserves the blood chemical and physiological composition.
• Needle: Thin wall needle for faster blood collection.
• Transparent tube holder: Easy to see the collection tubes filling up with blood.
