Empower your pelvic health

Empelvic is a pioneering health and wellness brand dedicated to improving pelvic health for individuals worldwide. Empelvic’s goal is to make pelvic floor training easy, accessible and sustainable – helping reinforce this connection between mind and body. The non-invasive pelvic floor cushion, with versions for both men and women, provides targeted pressure to help you feel your pelvic floor muscles move, relax and activate more easily. With this increased connection and awareness, you can better engage with the muscles to learn how to relax, or gently strengthen them, which can help treat or prevent pelvic health conditions including stress incontinence, vaginismus and erectile dysfunction.

“As a result of using Empelvic, I have noticed less leakage, especially from running. I haven’t done anything else to attribute that to.”

Why do women experience vaginal discomfort?

Vaginismus is described as the involuntary cramping, tensing or contracting of the pelvic floor muscles around the vagina1. The muscles tightening is an automatic reaction from the body, which stems from a stress response in relation to partial or full penetration. Many women can overcome the difficulty with penetration through the use of vaginal dilators and therapy.
