We offer an all-staff bonus every year, where we share the benefits of our sales and profits. This is determined by the company performance and, if we exceed our budget, we pay over 100% bonus too!
Long service awards
We are proud that our associates stay working for us for a number of years (with our longest-serving associate reaching over 40 years!) and it is essential to recognise the key contribution that these associates have made to Owen Mumford over the years. We offer wonderful long service awards, starting from five years’ service.
Pension
All associates can join a salary sacrifice pension scheme where the company matches their contributions up to 7.5%. This means a total of up to 15% of your salary can go into your pension each month. Associates can choose to enter the People’s Pension scheme as an alternative, with lower rates set by legislation.
Enhanced sick pay
We offer excellent enhanced sickness benefits for associates at all levels, supporting our associates to get fit and well without the stress of money worries.
Group Income Protection
Depending on the role, associates have access to Group Income Protection, paying 70% of your annual salary for a period of up to five years in the case of illness or injury which means you cannot work.
