Company Sick Pay 
•    Based on your Bradford Factor Score, associates are eligible for up to 3 months of company sick pay at full pay after successful completion of their probation period
•    All that is required is provision of relevant medical certificates after 7 calendar days of absence
•    Managers will meet with you during or after periods of absence so that we can make sure you are ok to work
•    We use the Bradford Factor Scoring system for calculating sickness absence levels over a 12 month rolling period 
•    Bradford Factor is calculated by number of instances x number of instances x number of days absent

Private Medical Insurance (provided by BUPA)
•    Option to take up this benefit which provides Private Medical Insurance for a variety of health issues
•    Gives access to a number of virtual health platforms such as GP’s and Medical Helplines 
•    If this cost of this benefit is covered by Owen Mumford, this will be confirmed in your contract of employment
•    Take advantage of a discounted rate based on take up of the scheme 
•    There is an additional option to cover family members at an additional but discounted cost to Associates
•    The cost to Associates will be deducted in equal instalments based on your current pay frequency over the scheme year which is December to November
•    Please return any completed forms to payroll
•    Eligibility for this benefit will be detailed in your contract of employment

•    Free to all Associates, a 24/7 confidential service that can provide support on a range of issues such as mental health, financial and legal advice, access to counselling services and a My Healthy Advantage app for quick and remote support when you need it

•    We are delighted to have a long standing relationship with Banbury Therapy Centre (BTC) who have support a large number of our Associates over that time 
•    All Associates are entitled to a free consultation with BTC and 6 sessions, paid for by Owen Mumford
•    Associates can contact BTC directly on 01295 231320 to talk about any support you may need
•    It is fully confidential and BTC will only contact the HR Team if they feel Associates would benefit from additional services 

Group Income Protection Scheme 
•    Preserves income of 70% of salary for up to 5 years if an eligible associate becomes incapacitated whilst employed by Owen Mumford
•    Associates will need to meet the criteria of the claims requirements as outlined in the policy
•    Eligibility of this benefit will be confirmed in your employment contract
