•    For all Associates, regardless of length of service, Owen Mumford have put in place provision to support your loved ones in the event of your death during employment 
•    Your nominated beneficiaries will receive 4 x your annual salary to provide some peace of mind at a difficult time
•    Please ensure your nominated beneficiaries are up to date which you can complete via the Expression of Wish section on OM Together in your profile 

Pension – Scottish Widows
•    To ensure we are supporting the future of our Associates we offer a Pension Scheme currently operated by Scottish Widows
•    After three months of service, all Associates are eligible to join the scheme or you can join in October each year
•    You are required to contribute a minimum of 4% of your salary into the scheme  
•    Your contribution will be matched by Owen Mumford up to a maximum of 7.5%
•    Deductions are taken from your salary under a salary sacrifice arrangement
•    Once you join, you will receive a welcome pack from Scottish Widows with functionality to manage your pension online
•    Application forms are available on the Pensions Section of OM Together or your HR Team

Pension – People’s Pension 
•    If you do not wish to join the Scottish Widows Scheme, you will be auto enrolled into the People’s Pension 
•    With this scheme you will be required to contribute a minimum of 4% of your salary 
•    Owen Mumford will contribute 3% of your salary
•    You will receive a further 1% tax relief, taking the total percentage contribution to 8% of your salary 
•    Enrolment on to this scheme will happen automatically and you will receive a joiner pack with further information about the scheme
