Mental health first aiders - we provide mental health firsts aiders to support you and your family if you need any help at all. These are fully trained individuals who can support you through challenging times.
Wellbeing policy - our wellbeing policy has a different focus each month. Whether that is financial support or yoga classes on site, we prioritise the key areas of wellbeing and support the physical, mental, emotional and financial aspects of our associates' health.
Long service recognition – we would certainly not be the organisation we are today without all of our outstanding associates. We love to celebrate the long-standing work of associates who have been with us from 5 years and are proud to have some individuals who are celebrating 30 and even 40 years with Owen Mumford.

Private medical care - depending on the role, associates have access to private medical care with discounted rates for family members.
Babylon private GP - our private medical care provider offers online GP support, accessible 24/7 for medical advice, family mental health support and GP online appointments.
Group life assurance - we operate group life assurance for all associates at four times annual salary should the worst happen at work.
Holidays - our holiday policy is 25 days standard, which increases by up to 10 days with long service.
Holiday purchase scheme - we offer a salary sacrifice opportunity for associates to gain additional holiday, extending this to up to 35 days per year.
Pension - all associates have access to a salary sacrifice company pension scheme as a matched contribution up to 7.5%. Associates can choose to enter the People's Pension scheme as an alternative.
Relocation – our associates are not always local to our Oxfordshire based sites and therefore the company may offer relocation packages for those who live over 50 miles from our sites. This can support the move for you and your family to a more suitable location nearer your new workplace.
Enhanced sick pay - we offer enhanced sickness benefits for associates at all levels.
Enhanced parental or adoption leave - as a family run company, we support all our associates when building their own families through our enhanced family friendly policies.

Flexible working - we recognise that not all associates are able to work full time standard hours and so we our flexible working arrangement means that associates can request working patterns that support their individual needs.
Flexi-time - we work with a flexi-time policy that allows associates to choose their hours between 7am and 7pm around core company hours. This gives the flexibility to choose working times that fit around family and personal commitments.
Remote working - we know that everyone needs the best work-life balance possible and our remote working policy is in place for all associates in non-operational roles. This allows for a hybrid working model and flexible work locations, including a combination of office and remote working.
