•    We provide associates with a generous holiday entitlement each year, with our holiday year running from May to April

Holiday Purchase Scheme 

•    Option to purchase additional holiday with the cost spread across the remainder of the holiday year
•    Two opportunities to make a purchase in May and November each year
•    Increases options for work/life balance and time off in the holiday year
•    Unused purchased holiday will be sold back at end of holiday year
•    Reminders for application periods will be sent via OM Together
•    Part Time Associates can apply for the additional leave on a pro rata basis
•    Completed forms should be approved by your Manager and sent to your HR Business Partner

Flexi Days
•    For Associates who are on Flexi Contracts 
•    Option to accrue flexi time when additional hours are worked between 7am and 7pm
•    Can accrue maximum of two days per month 
•    Can take one day per month and carry one day into the next month
•    Approval of flexi days will be subject to business needs

Remote Working 
•    Offer of a hybrid working model including remote working for eligible roles 
•    Can select a maximum of 2 days per week to work remotely 
•    Remote days to be agreed with your Manager to flex around yours and business needs
