Owen Mumford has made the decision to discontinue the Autopen insulin delivery pens.
It is important to note that there is no need for anyone currently using an Autopen to change their device, and current regimes do not need to change because of the discontinuation. There are alternative solutions available. It is recommended you speak to your healthcare professional to discuss any concerns, and options for the transition to a new device when the time comes.
Compatibility
Autopen is compatible with all major brands of pen needle and comes in two models, Autopen 24 for use with Sanofi insulin cartridges and Autopen Classic for use with Lilly¹ and Wockhardt insulin cartridges.
