How do I apply for a role with Owen Mumford?

Can I apply for more than one opportunity?
Yes, as long as you meet the requirements on the job description we would welcome your application for all roles that you are interested in. Our online application process means that you can submit your application quickly and easily.
What is the recruitment process?
After you have submitted your details, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement confirming receipt of your application. The hiring manager will then review your details within a timely manner, we aim for this to be within 3 days, however, there may be certain times where this feedback time will be longer but we appreciate your patience during the review process.
If you are successful for the next stage, then we will contact you and explain the next steps in the process.
If you are not selected to move forward in the recruiting process, you will be notified by e-mail, phone, and/or postal mail. You still may be contacted about other opportunities that align with your profile or interests, especially if you have signed up for our job alerts or joined our talent pool.
What pre screening is needed to work at Owen Mumford?
An offer of employment is conditional until we are in receipt of 2 satisfactory references, satisfactory health assessment, documentary evidence of your stated qualifications if required, confirmation of no criminal convictions (other than spent) and other requirements dependant on the level of the role such as driving licenses.

In the UK, Owen Mumford is based across 2 sites at Chipping Norton and Woodstock, Oxfordshire.
Globally we have offices in China, USA, France, Germany and Malaysia.
Do you offer work placements, work experience or internships?
Owen Mumford is proud of our commitment to apprentiships within the business and is committed to continue with the yearly intake of apprentices who work to Level 3 Advanced Apprentiship scheme. The talent harnessed through this scheme is vital for us to remain innovative and forward thinking.

I don’t have a CV. Can I still apply?

I've just applied for a role, what now?
Firstly, it’s really important to check you have received an email confirming receipt of your application. We then start the screening process which will identify applicant’s relevant skills and experience for the role – once this is complete you will be contacted by a recruiter or hiring manager outlining the next steps.
What if I am not successful for a role?
If you have not been successful with your application we may still contact you for a similar role we believe you may be suitable for or if you sign up to our job alerts, you will automatically be notified of new opportunities when they arise. Your details will be held for up to 2 years but you can opt out of the talent pool at any time. We search our talent pool whenever a new vacancy comes up.
Why should I sign up to the Talent Pool or Job Alerts?
The best way to ensure you do not miss out on opportunities which you may be interested in is to sign up to our job alerts. Once you have signed up, you will receive tailored job alerts based on skills, experience and interests registered.
You can also receive these alerts by joining our talent pool where you will receive relevant job information based on the set preferences you have provided about yourself. The talent pool is our first source of recruitment.
