Owen Mumford Inc. was recognized for service & operational excellence by national medical & surgical products distributor.

December 05, 2011 – Owen Mumford Inc. was named the Owens & Minor 2011 Medichoice Award Supplier of the year by Owens & Minor, Inc., (NYSE-OMI), a leading national distributor of medical and surgical supplies to the acute-care market and a healthcare supply chain management company. The award was announced at Owens & Minor’s National Sales Conference, held this year in Orlando, Florida.

In winning the award, Owen Mumford Inc. was singled out for exceptional performance on a combination of objective and subjective measures. Owens & Minor measured sales growth, performance against operational objectives, willingness and ability to collaborate, responsiveness to customer service requests, and the overall quality of the supplier/distributor relationship.
