For effective management of each new project, Owen Mumford ensures that the needs of the customer are met by the provision of a dedicated multidisciplinary team whose strengths are built on success, experience and the ability to plan, implement and evaluate at each stage of development.

Core competencies include:

• Dedicated Project Manager assigned to each project providing one-to-one contact with the customer, ensuring their requirements are met and the project is completed on time and within budget
• Detailed project plan for all stages of development specifying timelines and responsibilities for each phase, with the customer’s required launch date as prime objective to seize first to market opportunities
• Monthly reviews by the company’s Senior Management Team, ensuring priority decisions are acted upon swiftly
• Full support with the preparation and implementation of focus group studies and user evaluations
